Tog fishing is the first season to open up along the Jersey Shore. Catching these fish is fun this time of the year. Bring along foul weather gear and be prepared to fish in the cold. We use our Parker Pilot House boat for these trips, so there is a place to take a break and get out of the elements if needed. The price includes rods, tackle, and green crabs for bait.

We understand that finding 6 friends that can take the same day off of work to go fishing can be a challenge. So, based on customer feedback from last season, we have decided to offer open 6 pack charters throughout the season. There is no longer a need to find 6 friends to take the same day off to book a charter. You can simply purchase a ticket for one of our open boat charters, have a great day fishing, and make new friends.
Our open boat charters run 4-5 hours depending on the species of fish we are targeting and sail from 7:30 am to around lunch time, then again at 2:30 until 7ish. These trips are a great opportunity to get out on the water for a fun day of fishing that won't break the bank. They are also great for Jersey Shore Vacationers and families looking to spend a few quality hours on the water while they are down at the Jersey Shore.
There is a special time of the year from late May to the middle of June where many of NJ saltwater fisheries are open simultaneously. During this period, we run combo trips targeting Striped Bass, Black Sea Bass, and Fluke. These trips offer anglers a prime opportunity to fill their coolers with several different species of fish and offer some of the best fishing of the year. Rods, tackle, and bait are included on these 5-6 hour trips aboard our Proline leaving from Neptune Marina on the Shark River..

Spring Striped Bass fishing in the Raritan Bay is some of the best fishing in the world. Striped Bass migrate from the winter grounds down south to spawn in the rivers around NY and NJ. The Raritan Bay is a funnel for these fish making their way up the rivers that drain in to bay. Fishing is often fast and furious and when the bluefish are around, it is insane. We target the magic hours of striper feeding behavior and sail an am trip before sunrise and a pm trip for sunset. On these trips, we may snag and drop live bunker, drift and bunker chunk, jig, or troll depending on what is catching best. We use our 30 foot Proline Center Console that offers 360 fishing around her deck. There is limited places to get out of the elements so be prepared to dress in layers to keep you warm until the sun rises and to take off when it warms up during the day.
